Recent Project : Horbury – Property Extension

A new wrap around extension, created this attractive five bedroom property in Horbury, West Yorkshire.

As well as the new extension, our team erected a steel framework to connect the original building to the new build. This included, the fitting of an eight section bi folding door to the back of the house.

From sky lighting in the sloping ceiling to underfloor heating, everything inside this property was done to a high specification. With freshly plastered walls, new internal doors and bespoke skirting boards made from solid oak, our team from every trade worked together to complete the project. As part of the brief, we also fitted a new GRP roof which comes with a life time guarantee.

Having created a completely new ground floor, our team worked externally, transforming the garden from design plans. A house and garden renovation, the Barraclough family will enjoy for many more years to come.
