Recent Project : Huddersfield – Two story extension

A small bungalow in High Burton, Huddersfield underwent a total transformation when we used the original building as the foundations for an impressive, two storey property.

Apart from the four outside walls, we pulled down the house inside, practically rebuilding the property from a two to four bedroom home for the Calvert family. A large extension created an extra floor which now houses the family’s bedrooms and main bathroom. This included taking apart a previous loft conversion, creating a large bedroom complete with floor to ceiling window which opens up to a view of the rear garden.

A new kitchen and second bathroom were installed, with features in keeping with this stunning family home. Project managed throughout with full electrical and plumbing work, as well as joinery, masonry, flooring and tiling. All delivered on time by the RP Wood Construction team.
